Expert Overview

I am an addiction recovery coach and sober /transport companion, which means I don't treat, I don't give advice. I help people through non-intrusive questioning and through example, to realize the situation they are in, to set specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound goals and to implement them and stay on the road to recovery.

Although I am a member of the 12 steps, I have taken a holistic approach to recovery. I know that the 12 steps, which can also be agnostic, are not the only way to recover and maintain sobriety and are not an end in themselves.

Sober since 2021, I continue to share my gratitude for sobriety and i willing to share my experience and strength with anyone seeking help along his way.
